TwoPugs Pty. Ltd is the sister company and development arm of Nomad Partners Pty. Ltd., a logistics tech company. The company is founded est. Dec 2021 to specialize in web portals, software integration, etc. I helped in designing their web portals providing UI & UX Design.

User Persona
I worked with the CEO of TwoPugs in developing the User Persona, and we collaborated on Notion where I drafted "What We Know", and the "Scenario" and based it on the information they gave me at the beginning. So he added and edited later to finalize the User Persona, which was used to create the User Flow on Adobe XD (interactive) as shown after the User Persona below.

Understanding the roles, and the use case of each Persona, and getting feedback from TwoPugs helps to have an accurate understanding of the flow of information and hierarchy aka. Information Architecture, which helps in deciding where to place elements to access different levels of information for the ease of use of each person.
