At Mental Jam, we are open. We're not "confidential" or 'secretive' about what we do. To me, this is refreshing. And I think it's also smart to do it this way. Why? I think it's good for marketing. It also fosters a more collaborative environment. It is also humble in a way. And it stays true to what I've learned Mental Jam is about.
